Matt’s journey at Dimac over the past 20 years has evolved from customer and project partner to trusted leader. His positive attitude, adaptability, and approachable nature make him a fantastic leader. Passionate about teamwork and delivering quality solutions, Matt also shares his love for sport (especially cricket!) with the team.

Olia oversees the financial health of the business while continuously expanding her expertise through ongoing finance studies. Family-oriented and detail-driven, Olia ensures stability and growth while upholding Dimac’s commitment to quality and performance. Originally from Russia, she brings a strong work ethic and dedication to her role.

Adrian’s journey at Dimac began in 1998 with his apprenticeship and continued in 2016, making him an integral, highly valued team member. Known for offering innovative solutions and humour, Adrian is dedicated to customer satisfaction and team collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and spending time with his son.

Danny brings 13 years of experience as a fitter, CNC machine operator, and area sales manager. Passionate about delivering unique solutions, he’s excited to support NSW customers' machining needs. Outside of work, Danny enjoys running, cycling, collecting wine, and hanging out with his beloved pets.

Sol is a dynamic addition to the Dimac team, known for his enthusiasm, humour, problem-solving skills, and creative approach to challenges. He thrives on the variety in his role, tackling unique problems daily. Outside of work, Sol enjoys designing and building clocks, often sharing videos of his creations.

A valued member of Dimac for the past three years, Ryan is known for delivering custom solutions and providing exceptional sales support. His industry knowledge and collaborative nature make him a well respected team member. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys video games and animation, which fuel his passion for creative projects.

Sarah joined Dimac in 2018 as Sales Support, improving procedures, systems, and applications. With a background in hospitality, she’s excelled in mastering international freight and shipping. A dedicated team player, Sarah enjoys family time, AFL, cricket, and dining out. She's a proud mum to two boys and a border collie.

Deborah is Dimac’s talented Accounts Administrator, bringing a wealth of experience from her time in similar roles, including at a small importing company. Known for her attention to detail and valuable insights, Deborah plays a vital role in supporting the team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and exploring new destinations.

Ping is our stellar Warehouse Controller, having been with Dimac for nearly four years. Always sporting a smile, he effortlessly manages the packing process with efficiency, speed and accuracy. Ping appreciates the supportive team environment, saying, “The Dimac team, environment, and management support are the highlights of working here.”

David is a key member of Dimac’s workshop team, specialising in programming and operating CNC machines to produce jaws and custom products. His dedication and expertise are critical to Dimac’s operations. A passionate North Melbourne supporter, David enjoys camping and 4-wheel driving in his spare time.
