Straight Styli

M2 thread straight stylus with a ø2 mm ruby ball, 20 mm in length, effective working length of 14 mm and a stainless steel ø1.4 mm stem.

The simplest and most frequently used type of stylus, these are suitable for the majority of probing applications. Styli can have balls made from ruby, silicon nitride, zirconia, ceramic or tungsten carbide. The holders and stems come in a range of materials – titanium, tungsten carbide, stainless steel, ceramic, carbon fibre.
