Whilst oil mist separators do a great job of removing the coolant mist from the working area, they often run continuously at full power resulting in high energy consumption.

Reven now offers a solution to this problem with a new digital power controller, the XSC (X-Cyclone Speed Control), whose sensor technology monitors the machining enviroment of the machine tool and adjusts the suction power accordingly.

Power consumption can be halved and thanks to a patented Venturi ventilation and condensation system, the separation efficiency can be increased up to 50%. Furthermore the XSC system extends the maintenance intervals for filter cleaning and also the filter service life.
