Over recent years it has become acknowledged that the standard coolant pressure on most CNC machine tools is usually quite low and therefore lacks effectiveness.
CoolJet solves this problem with a range of medium and high pressure units that provide significant productivity gains through a drastic cycle time reduction between 20 to 70% with increased speeds and feeds.
Other benefits include the elimination of heat related failure of the insert and a reduction in chip welding and ‘built-up edge’ in aluminium machining.
